Thank you and best of luck! We are currently hiring in our Arlington MA location for fence installers. No experience is required, we are happy to train anyone who is hard working with a positive attitude. You must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean record, experience driving with trailers is a plus. You must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. We typically don’t set fences when the ground is frozen or during thunder storms but weather is out of our control. You must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs. You must have a functioning smart phone. Trainees will be compensated a flat rate of $850 per week Monday through Friday for a period up to 90 days. By the end of the training period you will be expected to be able to perform all basic job functions independently. A typical day will include picking up material orders, removing old fence, marking locations for new fence, digging post holes, setting posts and panels, reporting work completed in sales app, keeping truck and tools clean and organized. Trainees will be evaluated on their progress weekly. Once able to complete all basic job functions independently you will be offered a full time position. Upon completion of training, full time employees will receive competitive profit sharing pay plan, company truck, tools and uniforms.
